Hey Tommy, no lah - where can cari makan... just for tambah-tambah dessert only.

And that Boney M and RA RA Rasputin really brings them back for me hahaha. Must do a playlist just of them. And how to imagine you jumping round? - tell me your BMI and I might just be able to hehe.

As for Suhaimi, his looks go beyond hair, I can attest to that.

Hi Zendra, looks like you have a Steven Spielberg in the family....very artistic and creative....
I have yet to own a cam. Still using my 13 year old Nikon film SLR and a 35 year old Yashica Electro 35 SLR....but it takes what I look at.
Have a nice day, Lee.

Kak Teh, wouldn't it be nice to compile all the "do you knows"? THAT would really be sweet!

Zendra-Maria said...

Dinda Doc, TQ I think she's blushing...

Zendra-Maria said...

Dear Lee, a 35 year old Yashica?!!! Wow, if only it could speak.....hehe

Zendra-Maria said...

Tommy, 24.7! That's an excellent BMI for a boomer. Care to share your fitness regime?

Zendra-Maria said...

Azra, hey thanks for dropping by to auntie's blog. I'm not her agent lah, you know where to get her.....

Smooochy creatures???.... she must have been inspired by aunty and uncle....hahaha

No secret regime, just common sense discipline;

Daily; 2 fruits + 5 vegies, preferably raw as in Greek salad / Caesar salad. Green tea, lots of water. Muesli, pasta, grains & nuts :)Little bit of wine after dinner to burn the calories...heheh. Use only olive oil.

Occasionally; junk food, char kway teow, nasi biriani, burgers & what not. In moderation!

Avoid deep fried stuff & sweets. Don't stress too much as it'll prompt binge eating / snacking.

Nowadays just surfing the net instead of the waves, used to be a good sportsman in my hey days. Plus lots of sunshine & fresh air!

Zendra-Maria said...

Tommy, interesting. So you only watch what you eat now. I was thinking with your BMI you'd have a higher than average metabolic rate, so you'd be doing some kind of sport - tennis maybe? So what sport did you take up those days? Cricket? Hahaha! So do you have your salads as starters or main course?

Tommy Yewfigure said...

Zee, my buddy MattB was right, women ask too many questions; see above 3 loaded questions in one paragraph…..muahaha! ekumChing punya pasal only, I oblige u lah.

1. My sports, oh that’s a very private secret regime, tennis? no, but more like Bedminton with real shuttlecock (not the plastic ones) + indoor pool swimming.

2. Cricket? No, those days all contact sports, rugby, soccer, hockey, beating around the bushes, bird watching…hahaha.

3. No, I’m not big on entrĂ©e or desert, just the salad with either grilled fish or meat, roasted / lightly seared bbq style meat are ok too. Sometimes lunch just cucumber + vegemite sandwiches only. I like my sandwich cut into triangles – fussy mah!

Now is the above answer satisfactory to u? Feel free to ask more if u got my queries. But not too many lah, nanti I macam itu Rhett Butler; "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn".....hahaha.

Cheers,
Tommy

Zendra-Maria said...

Tommy, thank you for obliging but my questions where got loaded one? All direct to the point. So easy for you to answer.

Hmmm rugby, soccer, hockey ... are you sure you're chinese not chindian??? hahaha soleee ah

Think I have to start eating like you - salads for one meal in the day to begin with. After hari raya lah...
