Zendra, the directors must have squirmed in their seats looking at the finished products. I did a boo boo as well and hope that no one noticed. I did a documentary on liver transplant - this was in 1994, i think - a mother came to London in what was to be a pioneering operation - giving part of her liver to her daughter - Nadira. My docu was called, Nadira Anakku. Anyway, I didnt look muvch as I was edting during the operation - qute gory - and my edtor was also uncomfortable...then watching the docu after it was aired several times, I noticed that the far with the part of the cut out liver, was in a shot before the operation!!! AND was told that a medical school had actually used the docu to study it as it was a pioneering operation. Aiyo, so malu! but having said that, i think that was one of my favourite documentary.
and - i heard about one classic period movie - was it Ben Hur - one of the soldiers wore a watch too!
Oh dear Kak Teh ... but never mind, those were the days before youtube, so not to worry. Or probably the Medic School had used it to teach the students what NOT to do (ooops thats naughty of me.... :-D) I'm sure it was fascinating just the same.
Yes I have seen a picture about the one in Ben Hur, it was a battle scene. Kalau Ahmad Nesfu yang direct, that wouldn't have happened, I'm quite certain about that... hahaha
zendra, noti, not!!! nasi baik you tak tengok programe tu, kalau tidak mesti you dah nampak! ya, it must be a good programme of WHAT NOT TO DO.
I did screenwriting course and it sort of ruins watching movies. You tend to look out for flaws. One that I caught was Baby's Day Out. The baby was roaming around all by herself, her shoelaces undone, and in the next scene, the laces were carefully done!
